PTAC and VTAC Maintenance
Mechanical Pro's provides a deep cleaning of the A/C systems, this is our primary business and differentiates us from the rest. Includes full removal of equipment, gaining access to hard to reach areas and components for proper cleaning, ie: Blowers, sleeves, secondary drain pans, coils.
PTAC Sleeve Repair/
Replacement
During our Deep cleaning of PTACs, we make note of Sleeve conditions. PTAC sleeves often rust, and corrode causing condensation leaks into the rooms, or rust stains to the exterior of the Hotel itself. Both of these situations have costly side effects. We have the ability to remove and replace the sleeves, making certain they are properly pitched, sealed for years of trouble free service.
Dryer Vent Cleaning
Mechanical Pro's offers Dryer vent cleaning while on site for another service. We have the ability to deep clean the dryer vents, accessing the ductwork and vacuuming the debris from the systems. The process improves the efficiency of the systems and is a known fire prevention method.
